Dr. Vivien holds two doctoral degrees, a Doctor of Education and a Doctor of Business Administration. She is currently pursuing her third Doctoral degree at Heriot-Watt University, UK.
Dr. Vivien is the only homeschooling expert and researcher with a solid reputation and a demonstrated track record of success. She homeschooled her daughter, Paris, for four years and sent her from “home” to “university” in Hong Kong at the age of 15. Paris is now 16 and is a Year 2 undergraduate student at Hong Kong Polytechnic University (ranked 65th by QS ranking) majoring in both Physics and Artificial intelligence. Dr. Vivien is the sole teacher for Paris throughout their homeschooling journey. She provided comprehensive instruction in a variety of areas for Paris including Calculus and advanced Calculus, Mechanics, Statistics, Economics, Physics, Decision Making Mathematics, Commerce, English, Resilient Learner, etc. Dr. Vivien laid a good foundation of learning and successful qualities for Paris and empowered her to be an independent and resilient learner via their homeschooling journey. When Paris began her year 1 study, Dr. Vivien empowered Paris with the last step of education “delegation”. Delegation empowers Paris with the ability to travel her learning and life journey alone, solve issues and find solutions on her own, and learn from her errors and rebound from her failure to build the crucial successful quality of resilience and become the best version of herself.
Dr. Vivien is a lifelong learner and a fervent supporter of ongoing education. She has profited immensely from continuous learning, which has increased her knowledge and expertise, enhanced her image and marketability, improved her personal growth and way of life, and enlarge her social network with respectable individuals.
Dr. Vivien has learned the value of education and how it can empower one through their life path.
